Dave Quendo
Dave Quendo, born and raised in Yorkshire in the UK. He travelled to Australia in 2019 and is now a permanent resident of Australia. He began DJing in clubs and bars at University in 2012 and has been continuing to hone his craft since. With a passion for Hip Hop, House and Drum & Bass he has been developing Byron Bays music scene for the past 5 years. Now supporting international artists passing through the bay thanks to his affiliation with all the venues in the surrounding area. As well as running his own events through Protest Audio Music & Byron DnB. We are excited to have him on board with B2B Entertainment and Byron Music.​
About Dave
Dave Quendo is an international DJ currently based in Byron bay, with over 10 years of experience within clubs, bars and corporate events. Originally from Yorkshire, England, he stared DJing in super-clubs across Lincolnshire from the age of 19.
Dave’s wide range of events and crowds allowed him to branch out into different genres to perform with a collection of huge names. From supporting House legends such as; James Hype, Hannah Wants and recently D.O.D, to UK Hip Hop artists Big Narstie. Since arriving in Byron Bay Dave has had regular residencies at Saltwater Social Club, The Beach Hotel and The Northern, as well as starting up Byron DnB & Protest Audio Music alongside the talented ‘The ‘4’20 Sound’.
Byron DnB and Protest Audio Music have now been bringing internationally recognised artists to Byron Bay to play events at the Northern and the Beach Hotel, from the likes of DnB legends, Born on Road, Benny Page, Pola & Bryson & Imanu amongst many more and continues to assist with supporting local artists to play at these events. Recently Protest Audio Music has attracted the likes of D.O.D and George FM’s Radio hosts Sin & Brook bringing something new to the town.
Dave has a degree in Sport and Education Studies and spent over 3 years working in a school for pupils with additional educational needs alongside DJing in the UK allowing him to really understand how people learn differently and ways to allow students to discover their true potential.
Dave has a real passion for music, Djing and teaching and is a welcome addition to the B2B team
